The workbook

The Quick Start workbook is a real Excel file with a tab for each part of your operation: company, users, chauffeurs, vehicles, service types, airports, zones, flat-rate matrix, hourly rates, fees and policies, customers, corporate accounts, passengers, future reservations, branding, notifications and payments. Dropdowns keep values consistent, and RideOS checks every sheet before anything is configured.
The workbook never asks for card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or payment keys. Uploaded workbooks are stored privately to your company only, and no upload changes your live operating data until a RideOS reviewer approves it.
